Problems downloaing Microsoft Project 2019

Good day,
I am a student at Seminole State University and I'm required to download Project 2019 for an assignment that is due today.
Each time I try to download the software, it's then opening in a Cyberlink Power2Go program that's then asking if I want to burn disc image.
I've tried downloading on my laptop and desktop and getting the same results. I don't know what to do at this point. Please help!
