In azure how to get list of regions without using any account information?

I do not want to use any account information. Need list of regions available in azure storage. How to list those regions?

@Sumarigo-MSFT Thanks for the reply. Can we get this using REST API or using Golang/C++ SDK with only account name and shared key?

@SandeepPawar-0766 No it's not possible! In rest API, PowerShell, Cli,SDK any programmatically language , You need subscription ID and resource group to find the region!
