windows KMS activation error 0x80040154

we have many offices and one office can't active windows with our KMS server with error message:0x80040154.

  1. network is ok and port 1688 is ok
  2. reinstall system with new OS but no help
  3. system time is ok

    Download the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant and try to fix the activate issue

    As you have reinstalled the Windows on the Pc and it was of no help I would suggest you to contact the help and try activating the product through them
