I would suggest you get the update from the update catalog and try installing them manually

Try Resetting the Windows Update component

Run SFC and DISM scan and restart the PC and see if that is Helpful
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
