I'm experiencing a strange situation on a client Exchange infra.
Since few weeks they are unable to search recent emails on Outlook or Webmail.
They can search old emails (older than a month), but emails of September for exemple, it doesnt work, no result.
On Outlook they have to select "all outlook items" to make it work. If they try to search a recent visible email with filter "current folder" it doesnt work, they must select "all outlooks items" to find it.
Worst situation with webmail, they cant search any recent email at all, nothing of September.
For me this is a problem coming from Exchanger server, if searches dont work with webmail also, it has to be a problem from the server.
The Exchange Server is 2019 CU19, I've already tried to restart the exchange server, still the same...
I know that usually the problem is searching old emails and then you have to clean your windows indexation database, but in this case its the recent emails the problem (and by the way I've already tried to reset the index cache on a client, it didnt help).
Any suggestion to fix this issue on the server I suppose ?
