Guest Access in Sharepoint

I have several users that have guest access to other sharepoint sites outside of our organization. It appears the only way to access these sites is via a link, so users have to keep track of several links to access these sharepoint sites. Is there a way to store access to these pages in there current sharepoint home page???

Hi @NathanDeArment-8603,

Per my research, external user are not able to add site to the area like your picture shows. They are not able to follow sites. Because those external users outside your organization do not get User Profiles which are what the Follow requires. If you want to store access to these pages in their current sharepoint home page you would need to create a user in your tenant and licensing it like you do with your internal users.

Hi @NathanDeArment-8603,

The best solution is you can use access reviews to periodically verify whether guest users still need access to your resources. The Access reviews feature is available in Azure Active Directory under External Identities > Access reviews. You can also search for "access reviews" from All services in the Azure portal and Audit logs provide records of system and user activities, including activities initiated by guest users. To access audit logs, in Azure Active Directory, under Monitoring, select Audit logs

We don't have separate guest sites however you can monitor or get the reports, please find powershell scrips or you review the access and Audits

if I answer your query please accept my answer.
