    Can you provide the screenshot of related event viewer?

    1.Please renew computer certificate for local machine. If it is already expired, you could request a new computer certificate.
    2.Following this article to configure Certificate Autoenrollment.
    3.For Event id 6 and 13, you could refer this article to remove the incorrect certificate.
