    Dear customer, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue.
    After checked the log file, I found the error message "Error 0x8007002a: Failed to extract all files out of box container #0.". Does your installer file store under your /Downloads folder, right? If so, please try to copy this installer file and paste to another folder like C:\ or D:\ and run it as administrator to retry this installation.
