MS Teams mobile app not working on one specific WiFi connection
Hi,
I have a company phone (iphone 7 plus) with all the necessary certificates and all installed.
I am using MobileIron to access o365 apps on my phone. I am using Tunnel VPN to connect to company environment.
The issue is that Teams is not working ONLY on my home WiFi connection, however all other apps like Outlook are working properly, I am able to send and receive emails.
If I use any other WiFi for example at a coffee shop or the mobile data itself then there is no issue. Then Teams works, I can join meetings, I can send and receive chats.
Once I connect to my WiFi at home, it stops. Tried reinstalling the app but that didn't help. Still, when I open it, it says "connecting" for 3-4 minutes and then it just closes.
Teams is working without any issues on my company laptop connected to the same WiFi.
Are there any settings I can change on my phone?
Or is this strictly a network issue like something with the firewall or something?
What could I do to fix this issue?
