Application distribution in IBCM environment

I am using configuration manager 2103.
I manage my PC on an internet basis.

So distribute applications such as msi files and
I want to install it, but does anyone know if it is possible due to the specifications?

When I checked the Doc, it says that distribution to users is not supported, but is it possible on a computer basis?

    Correct. The distinction here is the targeting. User targeting requires user auth which is not directly possible for Internet managed clients anymore (unless the users have a hybrid AAD identity).

    Device targeting works fine.

    Application Catalog is old service/role which is obsoleted 1-2 years ago or so. Software Center replaces App Catalog so you don't need to worry about this.
