Sorry for being so late in replying back.
I have found the problem. This was caused by the Busylight for Teams application. After I updated the application to a newer version, the problem no longer appeared.

Try open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue and upload these dump files there.
Try update Windows and all of your drivers.
Try perform Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

If not, then enable service one by one to identify which one causing the problem.
