Win10PRO: how to run a program at user logoff

Hi all,
I'm struggling trying to run a program at logoff.
Win10Pro
I tried with gpedit.msc (User Configuration\Windows Settings\Scripts (Logon/Logoff)) but it seems not working.
Moreover, the script/program would have been launched as "user", not as admin, and I need admin rights.
I verified that task scheduler hasn't any option for logoff...

What can I use?

thanks!

Maybe you can see the answer from Teemo Tang
at I need to automatically run an app at logoff (Shutdown)

or with the event ID 4647 : How do I perform Task Scheduler log off?

(btw, the windows-uwp-runtime Tag is wrong...)
