Duplication of options

Why no one have the answer to the question which why sometimes options in microsoft forms are duplicated by itself and considering the answer is wrong??

How to reproduce the problem?

By checking the answers of the students you can see that in some questions for some students the right answer duplicate automaticaaly and give new option exactly as the right answer and cosidering it as wrong answer because that new option the answer wasnt defined as correct.

Il saw a lot of people asking the same question but still no one know the reason. It is taking a lot of time to check all answers for all students because of this problem.

@SUHA AL CHAMI , your problem is related to Microsoft forms instead of windows-forms. I will remove the windows-forms tag. Currently Microsoft forms is not supported in MicrosoftQ&A. I suggest that you can ask the question in MicrosoftForms-Discussion.

Please provide us screenshots or context or something here. It seems like you're having an issue with some application that is asking questions. But we have no idea what application you're talking about here. This forum is for support of developers and IT folks. It seems like your issue is with some app that likely has its own support forum. Are you a developer and building an app? If so then provide us the code. If not then this is likely not the correct support forum for you. Provide us information about the app you're using and we might be able to direct you to the correct support site.
