No puedo descargar mi certificación

Hola, rendí un examen de certificación de excel el mes pasado, ya pasaron 15 días y no se visualiza la certificación, tengo 3 correos, probé con ellos y con ninguno tengo acceso, cuando intento descargar me sale el mensaje: contactar a soporte de certificación.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
