My PIN doesnt work and i dont have the option to change

i setup a pin and its never recognized.

Thank you for your question.

If you see I forgot my PIN, select it and follow the instructions to reset your PIN. If there are multiple accounts on the device, choose the one you need to reset.

If you don't see I forgot my PIN, select Sign-in options and then select Enter your password.

Hello again,

If the PIN is not working, that could be due to problems with your user account. Your user account might be corrupted and that can cause this problem to appear. To fix the issue, you need to convert your Microsoft account to a local account. After doing that, the problem with your PIN should be resolved.
