Edge silently installed extention not working

I am testing policy "\Microsoft Edge\Extensions\Control which extensions are installed silently" and I have setup a value "ndcileolkflehcjpmjnfbnaibdcgglog;https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/adblock-%E2%80%94-best-ad-blocker/ndcileolkflehcjpmjnfbnaibdcgglog" which should be this extention: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/adblock-%E2%80%94-best-ad-blocker/ndcileolkflehcjpmjnfbnaibdcgglog?hl=en-US

I don't see the extention being installed in new computers. Any guidence how I should do it right? Thanks!

@yannara, Based on my testing in Settings Catalog, I find the following configuration is working: The "Extension - App IDs and update URLs to be silently installed (Device)" is set as "ndcileolkflehcjpmjnfbnaibdcgglog"

Hope it can help.

Thanks, I give it a shot. Meanwhile, I just wonder how you can view your config sub-settings in read view mode like that? I can't, I need to edit and find the settings to view the sub configuration. My intune release is 2109.

@yannara, My service releases is also 2109. I can see the configure settings because I configure under "Settings catalog(preview)" instead of "Templates->administrative templates". I think this is the difference. May be you can try it.

@Crystal-MSFT thanks for the hint, it worked. I blame Microsoft documentation for this, because it is stated that you need include URL inside the value, but it is not like that. You should update the documentation :)

@yannara, Thanks for the reply. Based on my testing, for the extension in Google Chrome Store, the update URL is needed. the value is like this t"gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom;https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx" For Edge extension, we can skip the update url because by default, the Microsoft Edge Add-ons website's update URL is used. Here is an article maybe we can read it as reference:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies#control-which-extensions-are-installed-silently

Hope it can help.
