Recovery Email Using Identity Card

Hi, I have a serious problem here.

I lost my account that linked to my social media. My social media like a Facebook doesn't trust me so I have a Checkpoint problem and Facebook need to send a code to my Hotmail, but I lost my password on Hotmail. I use recovery form and less than a minute, I fail by system (maybe artificial intelligence) and I tried for 3 days in a row to fill a recovery form and no one works. Then, my phone number (not use for authentification 2 factors) wasn't active 'cause of expired date of use. I just wanna say that, it is possible for us to prove identity using an identity card? So we can to access our private email like ever before?

    Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

    If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
