Azure Exam Certification not generated

Hi,

My Candidate ID: MS0990750515
Registration: 401155715
Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
Date: Thursday, September 30, 2021
I've passed the exam as above and I can see on the Dashboard page:
"Congratulations on passing Exam AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies"
however after 48 hours I can't see my certificate.
Could you please help me to solve this issue or could you please advise me what "Tag" should I use to address the question correctly?
