Azure Verizon Premium CDN Did not get verification email after enabling custom domain HTTPS

Seems Azure does not offer "Help + Support" ? forward to community support...

I am trying to enable custom domain SSL

However, I did not point to the CDN because I will have downtime, but they say will send an email More than 36 hours I did not get and there is no interface to request re-submit

I did however in my azure DNS

cdnverify.api.domain.com to cdnverify.mypoint.azureedge.net

which helps to request custom domain still stuck invalidation...

What I do?

Funny when I go from the "help + support" wizard the suggest my ticket in Stackoverflow

it is now 72 hours I am stuck
I want this api.mydomain.com
but I even can not cancel the request-> in this stage can not cancel the request...'
THIS REALLY SUCKs

with AWS I create my SSL just in a blink of an eye!
after so many years with Azure, I slowly transfer services to AWS

P.S.
I was invited back there by the Azure team and I participate in Azure Private preview - THAT many years!!!!

SHAME ON ALL PEOPLE in AZURE WHO CUT THE BASIC SUPPORT
