Hello Team,

I have made my win 10 device with Office 365 AAD joined, but I cannot use the Office 365 email account and password to sign in the win10, after checked in the Office 365 AAD portal, the device has shown the AAD joined and enabled, but never cannot be signed in, it always prompts me that the user name or password is incorrect. But I can sign in Office 365 with the credentials. For your reference

How can I resolve it?

    Thanks, I will try.

I actually just thought of it, our Office365 is via Godday? It is kinda a 3rd party authentication provider, may be that's why? Like may be something need to be setup to authenticate that properly....

    Hmm...

What authentication method are you using? Is SSPR enabled by chance?

If SSPR is enabled then you need to first change the password on-premises and in the portal. You may want to test doing that either way.

Also, make sure you have Windows 10 Pro at minimum and that you add the device to the Azure AD domain within the O365 subscription.

By any change has thi sbeen resolved? I am having the exact issue.

I joined AD on the Windows 10 laptop, I can see the laptop in Azure AD, but when I try to use Office365 email/passowrd (correct ones) - Windows 10 says it is Wrong username/passowrd.

    SSPR not enabled... Any clues?

I want users to be able to login to work laptop using Office365 accounts. I went through the article you indicated and have setup everything like it says, and in Win it shows AzureDomain joined....

    I am lost... please help

@MOD Administrator Try putting in AzureAD\ infront of your user mail at the login prompt.

    Example:

    Username: AzureAD\example@Company portal .com
    Password: <passwordfortheuser>

I had the same issue once and this fixed it for me, seems like for some reason Win 10 is not recognizing that you are trying to log in with an AAD user...

    Best Regards
    Dominik
