Commercial use rights of sounds produced with Text speech

Hello, using the text-to-speech service on Microsoft Azure, we converted our texts to voice and downloaded them for free. We want to commercially use the audio files created in Azure in our product demonstrations and in the audio user interface of an electronic product that will be sold.
We could not find a document on the commercial use and copyright restrictions of the sounds produced with Azure text to speech.
Can we use Microsfot Azure Speech voiceovers commercially. We would be glad if you could provide information.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us for this question.

As the legal page says:

Your use of the Azure service is governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement under which you obtained the services.
For customers who
purchase or renew a subscription (including free trials) online from Microsoft, your use is governed by either the Microsoft Customer Agreement ("MCA"), or the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement ("MOSA"). Your use is governed by the latter if the MCA is not available in your geography. Visit the MCA page for availability details.
For customers who
purchase through another Commercial Licensing Program, such as an Enterprise Agreement, your use is governed by the licensing agreement under which you purchased the services. You can obtain a copy of your licensing agreement by contacting your Microsoft account representative or Commercial Licensing.

If you have legal subscription or other Commercial Licensing Program, the quick answer is yes, you can use it.

For more legal information, please refer to:

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have further query.

Regards,
Yutong
