We have domain users logging in with a roaming profile.
Frequently users log in and have their saved printers showing in Printers & Devices, but when they open Word, Chrome, etc. the printers do not show up. If they remove and add the printer, it will show up in appications.
Any ideas what is happening?
Hi, does the applications are local to the computer, or the application are remoteapp's one ? and can the user print a test page with the printer before re-adding it ?

Look at the information listed in:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Print\Providers\Client Side Rendering Print Providers\Servers. Make sure your server is only listed once. Chceck if any changes have been made or your print server listed multiple times with ServerName then ServerName.domain.
