Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Check with your IT administrator and make sure they add your username (which you are using for the enrollment) correctly.

@TrinkelPascal-4155 Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that you want to do autopilot enrollment. If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.

To clarify this issue, did you have an intune admin account? If yes, please check the following information:
1.Make sure that enable the automatic enrollment
2.The user has intune and Azure AD Premium licenses.
3.The windows 11 device is added to intune.
4.The autopilot deployment profile has been configured correctly.

If you don't have intune admin account, as Reza-Ameri said, please contact your IT administrator.

Hope it will help.

Thank you @LuDaiMSFT-0289 for your answer.
You understand my problem correctly.

I am a global administrator for the company, so I can check every setting in Azure or Endpoint-Manager

I already run the automatic enrollment to a windows 10 client, so I guess, it is enabled

My user has a MS 365 E5 License with every sublicense activated

I don't know if Win11 devices needs to be added seperatly, can you tell me where to add?

I think my autopilot deployment profile is correct, it worked with win 10 before.

Thanks in advanced!

I have to add one more fact.

We are joining the devices through a Hybrid-Join-Profile.

Thanks!

@TrinkelPascal-4155 Thanks for your update.

"The windows 11 device is added to intune" means that we have import the csv file to intune. Please refer to the article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/add-devices#collecting-the-hardware-hash-from-existing-devices-using-powershell

1.Could you please describe the error message in the picture in English? I didn't understand it in another language.
2. Is the device Azure AD joined Autopilot enrollment or Hybrid Azure AD Autopilot enrollment?

Hello,

When the out-of-box-experience (OOBE) includes unexpected Autopilot behavior, it's useful to check if the device received an Autopilot profile. If so, check the settings that the profile contained.

Autopilot profile settings received from the Autopilot deployment service are stored in the device's registry. This information can be found at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Provisioning\Diagnostics\Autopilot.

Hey @LimitlessTechnology-2700, thank you for your answer.

Unfortunatly it has loaded everything from my profile. I guess there are some settings which needs to be applied in Azure or on our local AD-Connect.
