Trouble with the ios App with WSL 2 + VcXsrv

I am using the Microsoft Remote Desktop app on my 6th generation iPad with iOS 15. I am connecting to my Windows 10 laptop with WSL2 (Ubuntu 20.04) and VcXsrv installed.
X window GUI Programs started from Ubuntu 20.04 use VcXsrv for opening windows.
Now the problem I face is with the Windows opened by VcXsrv. Alphabetic and numeric keys don’t work. Enter key and arrow keys seem to work. With the shift key I am type alphabets in capitals. But that is not helpful at all. This problem occurs only when I am using the iOS Microsoft Remote Desktop app. No problem when I am using the Remote Desktop client from another Windows laptop.
Is there anyway I could make this work on the iPad?
