Getting Error while creating the Self Hosted Build Agent

Hi Team,

We have an OnPremise Azure DevOps Server. We are trying to use the Azure Cloud Virtual machines to create the Self Hosted Build machines in the OnPremise ADO.

While creating the Azure DevOps agent in the Azure CloudVM I am getting the following error.

Could you please take a look and suggest what is the best way here.
