Unique Microsoft Teams Setup Needed

Our company currently uses BroSix as our company messenger. We have recently acquired Microsoft 365 as our email and apps subscription and it comes with Microsoft Teams. We would like to switch over and kill our BroSix licenses.

Here is the setup we have with BroSix

Each group is a call center site, and we have 4 sites. Members of a site can communicate with each other within that site but are restricted from all other sites. If for some reason an agent needs to communicate with an agent at another site, we create a room and assign a supervisor to moderate the members of the room.

We then have a group such as internal admin that can communicate with all sites except site 4.

Lastly, we have an Executive team that can communicate with all sites.

Teams gives some student-based setups that do not exactly work for our needs, I've also looked at info barriers and that also seem not to work for our needs.

Any suggestions or documentation that does not take a Microsoft Engineer to understand?

Please take it easy on me, Microsoft is a new frontier for our organization.

Okay this took some brain storming but we came to the solution. It's not perfect but it is going to work.

    1. We set each "agent" as a restricted chat user following the education model.
    2. Set each Site as a team
    3. Created a standard channel with the name of each agent at the site.

Now if I need others from other sites to talk to members at this site I just add that member to the site team and do not create a channel. Not exactly like BroSix but I think it's better as all communication is in the open and should improve productivity while "feeling like BroSix".
