    I understand you are having some issues with your Windows 10 product key. I hope you might have look at "Get help with Windows activation errors" , if not then I would recommend you to refer.

    In addition to that you can always ask windows community forum for KMS or activation related question or Get help from support.

    Please check your current windows edition, and which edition is your product key for !
    this error appears is because the key and your windows edition does not match !
    if you upgrade from home to pro , you can disconnect the internet , then input the product key and reboot it , it will go back to Pro,
    If you want to download from pro to home , or from enterprise to Home , it is not possible to download directly, you need to do clean installation !
    but if you want to keep all files and datas, I recommend you to keep the pro or enterprise with a product key from keyingo, then you can keep all programs and files
