Nuget Warnings in VS 2019

Question

When I build my asp.net Core 3.1 project, I see following warnings. I'm not sure what they mean and what do I need to do to resolve them.

these libraries are not compatible with asp.net core. you should just remove them from the project as they can not be used, and there is no need to download them.
