When I open the Microsoft website, it says We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.
The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.'
I can't open the Microsoft store website only the Japanese version.
I can see the English version, but I can't purchase products through the English one.
I tried to open with safari, chrome, and Firefox, all of them didn't work.
I thought because of a registered region on my laptop, so I changed it. However, it still doesn't work.
I deleted cookies on any search engine, also they still don't work.
Could you tell me why does it happen, and how to fix it?
I am very confused and I cannot purchase anything so it is very inconvinience.
