Why am i getting this error, when I am trying to create a Resource for Speech to Text

@MahadevanP-5368 Did you get a chance to check if adding the namespace to your subscription worked?
@MahadevanP-5368 It looks like the resource provider was not used for your subscription before. You can follow the steps in this documentation to add 'Microsoft.CognitiveServices' to your subscription and try again.
