How do i hardened Citrix using GPO, the goal is for prevent users from launching command prompt and powershell

Thanks for reaching out.

You may use below GPO settings to prevent launching of particular applications or .exe .

1. Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Don’t run specified Windows applications.
   In the properties window that opens, click the “Enabled” option and then click the “Show” button.
   In the “Show Contents” window add --> powershell.exe
2. Admin Templates - System - Prevent access to the command prompt
