Error 0x00000bcb "Windows cannot connect to printer"

I am getting the Error 0x00000bcb "Windows cannot connect to printer" when trying to connect to a printer shared on Windows 10 Pro 21H1 from a client running the same OS version. I have removed the update KB5005565 and made sure the registry key RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled is set to 0 on both machines. Does anyone haver other suggestion?

Hello HerbBrownJOTStech

This is related to the installation of some updates that patch a vulnerability of the printer service called "PrintNightmare", but is not limited to the KB5005565. This enforces to have local administrator rights to be able to map Printers into the respective client.

Please check Microsoft guide on how to deploy Printers the "safe way" after this update, here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5005652-manage-new-point-and-print-default-driver-installation-behavior-cve-2021-34481-873642bf-2634-49c5-a23b-6d8e9a302872

I appreciate the information. We are using admin accounts to connect the printer. This information did not resolve the issue. Still get the same error.
