Hello Guys,

I have deployed linux VM of size E16s_v3. Also a data disk of size 256Gb was attached. BYOK (Basically Customer managed keys) was used to encrypt the VM. But at the end only VM OS disk was encrypted and attached data disks wasn't encrypted.

How can be solve these kind of issues

The data disk must be in the /etc/fstab file for it to be encrypted. This is noted here under Additional VM requirements. Please check the requirements and retry to see if it resolves the issue.

Hope this helps! If you are still facing issues please let me know and we will be happy to investigate further.
