How I get the date and split Day | Month | Year

Question

Hi,
I am currently building an Aspx with Jquery form that requires the user to enter their date of Birth, most end users would like to enter the date hassle-free way to do this is through separate date day, month, and year input fields, and this DAY MONTH YEAR fields should concatenate as valid Date in DD/MMM/YYYY format, and by default, it appears with the current date.

Please ref expected date field input method.

According to your image,I'm guessing that you want to split the date string and scroll to select it. Do you care of money? If you don't care,I suggest you could use mobiscroll().datepicker.
