If you are just starting out, the Microsoft Learn are a great place to learn more about a service you may be interested in like Logic Apps. I usually recommend going through a couple of the quickstarts (the Portal is always a good call, and maybe something in Visual Studio or the Azure CLI depending on what your goals are). Once you are comfortable with that, you can move on to the tutorials and how-to guides:
