I forgot my MCID and would like to add my certification to the new account

I forgot my old MCID and would like to add my certification from 2013 to a new account which I created some weeks ago. Also I accidentally created my old account via the company than via my private account. I no longer have access to my emails from that time.

I still have the certificate. However, only the following data is mentioned there:

  • Candidate ID
  • Site Number
  • Registration
  • Date

Is it possible to add the certification from 2013 to my account I created 2021?

    Hi @Jan-3583 ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:
Microsoft Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_trans-mcp_missingexams
    Microsoft Certification Profile/MCID Assistance: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_mcid
    Microsoft Certification Profile/Account Linking: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_link

    Hi @Andreas Baumgarten ,

thank you for the correct link. I missed the point there are multiple forums and this is not the correct one. I will open my question in the other forum.
