Few users with the Organization Tap empty in Outlook and Teams despite the Info being on Active Directory

We have an Active Directory syncing to Azure AD and Office 365. Several users have the Organization Tap of their profiles empty despite the fact that it is populated in Active Directory and Synced to Azure AD. Everything else is ok with their Office 365 account, Outlook and Teams are ok, just not showing up the info in the Organization Tap

Is the Manager set up correctly for these users in AD? i.e. if they are a manager and that person's manager etc...

Where is your location of Organization Tap? Could you provide the screenshot to us?

Do you have the same question in Teams web client?

Good morning
I am attaching screenshots from Az Active Directory, the address book in Outlook and Teams.
As you can see the information is on Azure Active Directory including the manager, but in Outlook and Teams it is empty.

I checked the accounts with the issue and I cannot find any good reason for this problem.

Also, except for the Organization information being empty in Outlook and Teams everything else seems to be working fine.

Hi @wrr-4048

Could you check if you filled in the Job Info section of each user's profile in Azure Active Directory (All users Preview)?

I will do a test in our environment and will feedback you if there is any update.

JimmyYang-MSF Yes, all those fields are filled with the proper info. In AD and in Azure AD
