Microsoft has removed its badge for Azure Fundamentals from credly.com

Microsoft has withdrawn its badge for Azure Fundamentals Because the email address associated with your account has changed, we must remove your badge. My www.credly.com account was with another email linked to my outllok, what is the problem with that?
