Exam reschedure request due to health issue

Hi Team,

I have scheduled AZ-303 certification exam on 18th Oct 21 and I was preparing for the same. But last week I got to know about Gallbladder stones after stomach pain and I underwent surgery for the same. It will take 3-4 week to recover properly. It is difficult to sit for longer period of time for this exam and I am not able to reschedule it 18th Oct onwards.

Please help me, I really need your immediate assistance.
