By looking at the error message you have shared InvalidLinkedServiceReference, it seems like something wrong with the linked service that is referenced in your failed pipeline. You can find the missing (or the one having issue) linked service name in the error message. In case if you using Azure Key vault, I would recommend you to please double check if that Azure Key vault linked service exists and the secrets are active (not expired).

Once you find the linked service which is having issue, please make changes accordingly and do publish it first to avoid this error message. Once the linked service is published then it can be referenced in any dataset without issue.
