Hello, in our office, the external websites access is controlled by firewall, not all external websites access are allowed, when i tried to join in a Live Event, the video can not play and prompted it may be network error, so i want to ask which destination hosts and ports need to be allowed in firewall? is there a document for it? It needs to open TCP 80, 443 ports, UDP 3478-3481 ports and these IP addresses: 13.107.64.0/18, 52.112.0.0/14, 52.120.0.0/14.

Thanks Sharon for your help, I checked and confirmed the access to below destination IP addresses and port had already been allowed before the Live Event meeting, but the video still can not play, please refer to attached snapshot. @Sharon Zhao-MSFT

Does this problem happen to other users?
Does this problem exist all the time? Or just in the certain live event?
As I know, it has no more hosts and ports requirement for Live event.
If majority of users in your organization have this problem, it is suggested to confirm with your IT admin if there is any Microsoft Teams relate-advisory of Service health in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health: Service health.
