There is no such report about this issue. To clarify this issue, did you use the BYOD method to enroll the iOS device? If yes, please make sure that we have meet the prerequisites for iOS/iPadOS enrollment in the following link:

Then please refer to the video in the following link to re-enroll and check if this situation still exists.

Or is there someone else with an administrator account who can remove your device in intune portal?
