I am upset. I had office 2016 Professional Plus installed on my PC. After I upgraded to Win10 from Win7, I no longer am able to use my office products without a product key. It has been 6 years since it was purchased retail and loaded it onto my PC. I have no idea as to where the product key is now.
I downloaded back to 7, and office still requires a key. Since office is down either way, I reloaded WIN10.
How do I get MY office software working again ?
