When I open more than four tabs in the Google chrome then my windows 7 get restarted. Yesterday, I installed windows 7 ultimate by replacing Windows 10 (due to some reasons).

This problem happens especially when I consume more data like downloading something, watching movies on youtube or when I open more than 4 tabs. I don't know what is exactly the issue is.

I have also re-installed the windows 2nd time but facing the same issue. Is it a CPU or RAM problem?

Specification:

RAM - 8GB
Processor - i3 2.53 GHz

Any help is appreciated.

Best Regards
Darren Williams

    Hi ,

Please check if there is event id 6008 or 41 in system event log.
If there is a bugcheck, check if there is a memory.dmp in C:\Windows ( Default location mentioned in sysdm.cpl- system properties) corelating with the bugcheck event time. If memory.dmp does not exist, check if a minidump file is created under ‘C:\Windows\Minidump’ folder.

If a dumpfile is collected ,you can download the windbg preview from Microsoft Store in a win 10 machine to have an analysis on the dump file.

We also suggest that run the command as admin and check if it helps:
    sfc /scannow

My problem is now solved. When I visited the nearby service center, they applied thermal cooling paste and now it is working fine. Thank you very much for helping me.
