What is AADAppIdentifierUri when creating Immersive Reader resource?

I am trying to create an Immersive Reader resource and I keep getting the following error "AADAppIdentifierUri must be a valid URI". I tried using PowerShell through the online console on Azure Portal using the directions as shown on the following page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/applied-ai-services/immersive-reader/how-to-create-immersive-reader

Any help would be appreciated.

I actually was able to do this about a year ago successfully but now it keeps throwing this error.

    Hi, it is defined in section 3 (parameter), AADAppIdentifierUri is the URI for the Azure AD app. If an existing Azure AD app is not found, a new one with this URI will be created. For example, https://immersivereaderaad-mycompany.
