Could you share the code that you have tried? Where exactly lookup is being done and where calculated column has to be added?

Hi RajShekar-3515,

Lookup columns cannot be referenced in a calculated column formula.

Supported and Unsupported Columns in SharePoint Calculated Column Formula

As a workaround, you can simply user workflow or event receiver to update the target column based on the lookup field. For more details, please refer to Using Lookup Field in Calculated Column SharePoint
