Syanpse Serverless Query Isolation Level

When a synapse serverless query is running, what happens if that data referenced is modified during the query execution?

I have a synapse serverless view that references parquet files in blob storage at the path container/table/.parquet with FORMAT='PARQUET'. Those files are overwritten with the current table rows as part of a daily processing activity. If there is an active query executing through synapse serverless that references the files at container/table/.parquet when files are deleted and created in that container/table directory, how does this affect the outcome of the query? Will there be an error?

Yes, the query execution will fail and the user will get an error.
