If users creates forms then where does it saves in teams or how to check the forms location and get that form?
Microsoft Forms data is stored on servers in the United States, with the exception of data for European-based tenants. The data for European-based tenants is stored on servers in Europe. For Teams client, you could check if you have created Forms tab in your channel like the following picture:
