KB5005566 failed to install from SCCM

Hi, I'm a newbie and just a little 2 months old in becoming a Desktop Engineer. Im having trouble installing the patch mentioned above through sccm client. ive tried manually installing the kb from ccmcache and it says error.

ive also tried clearing out the cache and started a new dl. while dl is successfully, installing it will fail. any advice?

will doing an IPU work?

please help :(

    Hi! sorry for the late reply!

    Yes i did tried the above method but unfortunately, it doesnt work. So what i did was doing an IPU.

    Before doing IPU, i trace back the installer in SCCM and drag the KB file to another folder in Cdrive.

    After which, i did the IPU. once the IPU is done, apparently SCCM will push down all the missing KB in the system but not KB5005566.

    After the missing KBs has been installed, i copy as path KB5005566 to Admin Command Prompt and run the patches.

    and everything is fully operational now. Thanks!

    ive tried manually installing the kb from ccmcache and it says error.

    Could we know that we click the update on the side of software center, and it shows failed. Here is the screenshot we could refer to:

    About the update failure, please check the update logs to trace its download and install.
