Fix a sign in problem

My computer was owned by my past business. We had MS 365 and I was signed in. I retired and they gave me my computer. I have since paid for my own MS365. When I sign in, I have my profile with my picture and the old profile with the photo of the new manager. How do I get rid of the old profile?

The pc may still be joined to a domain? The much simpler method may be to clean install the operating system.

You can manage local profiles by going to; Control Panel\System\System\Advanced\User Profiles\Settings

So I went there but I don't know what to do?
Basically it still thinks my Chamber of Commerce owns the computer. Computer name and has the picture of the new CEO.
I just need to delete that info

Okay that is above my pay grade. I'll just live with it.
